I just got back from our friends house which is one of the people we’ll be travelling with – and I’m getting excited. The date has yet to be set, and the details nailed down, but its just fun thinking about it — also that our group has increased slightly to 7.
What will be interesting is that a couple of people in the group are Disney fans, with their own strong interests and likes. So it will make this trip pretty interesting. In the past, most friends we’ve taken and they’ve just followed our lead. Then again, when I did go with my parents a few years back, before our son was born, we learned that sometimes it’s best to just spend some of the time together, and other times independent, meeting up for a meal or two. And in our group it will be a meet-up for a child swap.
In any event, it will sure be fun… Oh, and not that this group is particularly wealthy, they will probably be the most financially sound group we’ve gone with, so a trip out to a nice dinner will not be a stretch for them. Then again, for us, at the moment, it might be…
